Some terms and conditions apply:

  • Offer expires 24 months from date of activation via the link provided by your realtor.
  • The renovation work must be completed by a contractor referred and accredited by the ACQ Résidentiel. The contractor must have obtained the accreditation before the start of the work.
  • The beneficiary is to contact the ACQ Résidentiel before any work is to begin in order to commence registration of the project.
  • The Offer is valid for renovation work of a maximum amount of 100,000$. In the event that the amount of the work is superior to 100,000$, the file will be subject to further evaluation.
